NBN has been conducting planned maintenance in our area several times over the past 6-12 months. It has never been explained why the system demands such a high level of maintenance nor what the nature of the maintenance is nor what it is intended to achieve and finally not explained what I as the consumer should see as a result of this maintenance. It seems to make no difference to the performance of the system but then maybe that is the very purpose of the maintenance
