NBN Service stopped working

Hi Support,

My NBN Internet service just stopped @ 8:50PM, 31/07/2020. I rebooted the NBN router and doubled checked that Telecom room of the building still locked. Also checked 'service status' and there is no planned outage for West Ryde area. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
