NBN Slow / Disconnecting every night

Each night at around 9pm or so, our NBN connection starts getting very flaky and slow. Running speed tests when I notice it slowing down shows it at under 1MB/s. Usual speeds during the day without issue is around 40-45MB/s, which is great. But when it slows down, it is unusable - the speedtest may show 1MB/s, but it is actually flaky and essentially completely disconnected - nothing can load during these times. Happens pretty consistently most nights, which from the looks of many other posts is during the peak times where the network just cannot handle the number of users.

Is this something to be expected or being looked into with any estimated resoution time?
