NBN: Unstable connection and speeds

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing unstable connection speeds both in download and upload. Download speed is fluctuating and the upload speeed is 1/10 of the normal speeds. And also the latency and ping is more than 10 times what it usually is. I’m aware the engineers are already looking into it, but I’d like to make sure the issues more clearly.
