NBN blackout 2152

Very Frustrated
Been experiencing dropouts over the past fortnight especially past week. Very inconvenient especially whilst WFH. Basically have had total blackout since Friday afternoon.
After 1pm today Parramatta disappears as unexpected outage however still out here in Northmead!! No phone, Internet etc.
I have followed all instructions and troubleshooting guides. I have Green lights but no dsl/internet still.
Very unhappy. Not acceptable
