I've been on HFC nbn 50 plan for a few months now and the quality and speed isn't great. Sometimes speed is good but service drops in/out and is unreliable, other times speed is consistently low and I struggle to do basic things online.


Therefore i'm thinking about changing provider to try someone different. Keen to give you the opportunity to fix issue if possible, if not no problem we move on.
