Get online support
My internet stopped working and the optical light went red from 2025-Feb-10 06:00PM. I called the TPG CS team and be promised call back 2025-FEB-11 05:00pm but no, just received a SMS indicated the network was no problem already and recommoned me to reboot the modem. Tried many times for rebooting but the NBN box optical light is still red. Any advice on how to proceed?
