After an electrical storm our NBN box is no longer working. There is no outage for our location and we have tried resetting it numerous times. There are no lights on. We need a new box ASAP as I run a business from home and need the internet. I have been on hold to TPG for over an hour. Please can someone help me get a replacement NBN box asap.
