Get online support
Hi,
I live in NSW2150 and recently activated NBN HFC on 11 January, the connection was okay on the day of activation. However, I have lost connection since 12 January.
The current status of my NBN box is:
Power light: ON
Downstream light: ON
Upstream light: FLASHING
Online light: OFF
I can confirm no outage from either NBN or TPG, I have tried powering off/on, pushing the reset button and double-checking the coaxial cable.

Have you already tried rebooting the NBN NTD box?
