I have emailed & spoken to 2 different people in regards to cancelling my service & gotten nowhere. Support is hopeless, I'm tired of sitting in chat for ages & talking to a wall. I just want it cancelled now. I've already swapped providers & I'm not going to have this dragged out so TPG can try & scam another month out of me. I just want it cancelled NOW.
