NBN connection drops frequently

Hi
Last week Tuesday my modem stop working no power suddenly. I did new contract with tpg to get new modem. Within 2 day received modem but some how NBN not working so I raised complaint with tpg. It was fixed on Monday. I get back on work but now NBN drop frequently and I can’t do my job. It’s been week problems unresolved
