NBN connection keeps drop out

We understand that our Tech team has been in touch and was advised that the dropouts were caused by the high upload usage which consumes the bandwidth for your upstream/upload.


Your current package is the basic NBN12/1 speed tier and when the upload activity reaches more than 500kbps or 600kbps upload speed it will trigger the NBN Co system to drop the packets which will cause the session to drop.


Upgrading to the next speed tier will prevent this from happening as it will be able to accommodate your upload activity.
