Thank you so much, @Will ,

The NBN technician came in and changed with a new NBN box, the problem solved. The reason for the issue is that the NBN box was damaged because of the poor weather a few days before. Thank you again for your team's efficient assistance.

Thank you so much, Will. I’ve restarted NBN box again and again. No connection at all.

Hi @ChrisL

As mentioned previously on the other thread, this has been raised to NBNCo already. Please wait for the NBN technician to complete the work. Further updates will be provided to you directly by a Case Engineer.

Hi @Arnaldo

Welcome to the Community!

I'm sorry about the service disruption. As discussed with you over the phone when you contacted our Technical Team, there's an ongoing outage in Boxhill VIC. This was raised by NBNCo at 9:41AM AEST today (July 20) which directly affects 22 customers. Based on the report, the reason for the outage is due to a local power outage which the power company has advised to be restored by 3PM AEST today. Please take note that the ETR is subject to change.

We already have your concern raised to our Monitoring Team. Once NBNCo has declared that the outage has been resolved, you will be notified via SMS.
