Since the storm on Friday last week, the connection light of our modem has been flashing red. We checked for power outages in our area but there are none, disconnected and reconnected both the modem and router and tried resetting the modem but nothing works. Could you please help? Thank you.
Hi @floricac8, we have reset the connection remotely. Please unplug/replug the devices and make sure that all cables are properly connected. Once done, turn the modem off and on for a few minutes.
