Dear Team my nbn connection not working since morning around 9am after thunderstorms. Kindly do the needful.

What the hell is wrong with you guys neither you are replying nor sorting the issue. My net is not working and work is pending kindly sort thing out or email me your managers email I’d.

Still nothing happened and no call back. Worst experience with TPG.

Just checked by technician, it’s problem with modem. Modem need to replace. Kindly do the needful.
