Hi there,
I have been receiving an error in the last hour or so when trying to connect to the internet on the NBN. The huawei modem informs me to contact my ISP regarding an error 8180. I am located in St Peters and my user name for TPG is XXXXX
I note that the NBN box itself has all green, steady, lights. On the modem the internet light is flashing on and off.

We have located the account using the details you have provided. We have checked the status of your service and we can see that the NBN connection box is getting a signal, but the modem is not communicating with it.

Thankfully I fixed it myself, so no need for further action. A factory reset did the trick.
