NBN connection

Just finished renovating another house that previously had the NBN connected. We have the black NBN box that was installed in the house initially but during the build the cable in the ceiling has been disconected from the line coming from the street. Have booked a new NBN service at the new address but how will TPG know if I require a technician, which I will, to connect the cable from the street to the the location in the house already put in place by the builder? I couldn't find any way of letting TPG know this information.

If this address has been connected to NBN before, then most likely it's already tagged for remote activation. We can request for a service class roll back to NBN Co so we can have a tech to attend and install the necessary equipment.
