Hi I requested NBN connection already and I was told that installation has been completed.
However, I wasn't able to use the UNI D 2 port that you advised me to use.
Is that because I am still on the contract with the current (or former) NBN provider?
The current one will be expired on the 22nd of September.
Should I wait until then and change it to UNI D 2 Port? (I am currently using UNI D 1 port with the current provider).
