I too have connected NCD and modem and only have 2 green lights on the NCD. I did try several different phone sockets. I have the old style flat phone outlets and an adaptor. I saw your reply to another customer about the NBN auto-connecting 4 times per 24 hours. I will leave my equipment connected and would be grateful for your checking from your end. Thanks. Russell
