NBN continually dropping out

For last few days my connection has been dropping out a couple of times an hour for a few minutes at a time. The internet light on the modem turns off completely and we just have to wait for it to turn back on. It wouldn’t be that big an issue but my partner is working from home and the dropouts are effecting her pretty severely today.

    I checked with NBN, and there is an incident on NBN network, But for further full resolve, I  Created a Fault ticket for you, someone will call you soon regarding Tech Visit Schedule, please check your PM for the ticket number

We had the nbn serviceman come out today and then left to work at the node but I was wondering if there’s any update to the ticket? The ticket number is 10518189.
