NBN dropout

Hi

Since May, getting daily four to five dropouts. I just turn off and on and it works fine again. Anything we can look for to work out why the dropouts?

Thank you for checking.
A few lights go out on the modem. Attached.
Not sure about the block box. I'll check next time.
So the service to the house is good, but the modem or something is dropping out 4 to 5 times a day, sometimes less... So I turn the wall power off and on and in minutes the modem is fully lit again.
I've disconnected the landline phone from the modem, just in case but that had no effect.
I'll let you know about the black box next time, which might be later today.

I just checked my modem photo. The only lights left on are Power, 2.4G, 5G and WAN. All other lights off. I'll look at black box next time.

Yesterday when the internet dropped out the black box continued to have all four lights on.
So that might be normal from what you were saying of the standard 5 per day?
