Thank you for checking. A few lights go out on the modem. Attached. Not sure about the block box. I'll check next time. So the service to the house is good, but the modem or something is dropping out 4 to 5 times a day, sometimes less... So I turn the wall power off and on and in minutes the modem is fully lit again. I've disconnected the landline phone from the modem, just in case but that had no effect. I'll let you know about the black box next time, which might be later today. Thanks for checking.
