I have consistent dropouts. I am a new customer with TPG, and had issues before with a different company and same thing happened. I was unable to access support from previous company. I am hoping this will not be the same. I am currently on hold - going on 25 minutes.
It will drop out consistently (sometimes more than 30 times) throughout the day and night for about 2-10 minutes at a time. DSL light turns off, then starts flashing, and the internet light is OFF.
I have done all troubleshooting.
