Due to the weather, last night the power off. when the power on this morning. i can not connect to the nbn internet.

With the account I've managed to pull up using your Community details and ran remote tests. The results of the remote tests showed no line fault that ca be service affecting. 

  • Have you tried doing a reset on the modem? 
  • Did you check if your devices cannot connect to Wi-Fi? 
  • What are the status of the modem lights?
