NBN failure

I am not on- line at all because my NBN modem doesn’t work! Only 2 blue lights are on (one of which blinks). I’ve been desperate to have I replaced since it was installed on 19th March. I’m 73, I have diabetes 2 and osteoarthritis, so I need a reliable, functioning internet, as does my wife, a psychologist who needs the internet to assist patients. At present she has to go to her office, which she’s not supposed to do.
Please help- please replace the NBN modem quickly!
