NBN fault SMS

I received a text message saying there's a fault on my NBN line and I should reply with one of the options. Is this genuine or some sort of a scam? TPG have not contacted me by email about this and I've been using the service for about a year now. I'm reluctant to respond because it seems suspicious.

NBN Co sometimes provides us notification beforehand regarding some fault that they may have found on the line. Then we in turn notify our customers either via SMS or a call. 

 

Any chance you can send your Customer ID or service address via private message so we can check this out and at the same time check the status of your service?
