Thanks for your PM. Can you please confirm your NBN NCD and modem/router are connected like the below image? Plus make sure any old phone devices are removed from the line.

You can reconnect your ADSL modem for the time being. The tests I ran earlier did not pickup your NBN NCD, so this would indicate NBN still have a little more work to do.
