NBN frequent dropouts

I understand there is an open ticket for the freqent NBN dropouts that we have been experiencing for weeks now. Where can I see the status of the ticket and the next step in the resolution process?

 

NBN hasn't worked for more than two hours this morning. Last night wasn't working either.
