NBN frequent dropouts

Hi –NBN is down again. I continue to have frequent dropouts throughout the day. I haven't received a response to my recent messages about this issue. Don't know what to do next. If you think this is beyond fixing please let me know and I'll try my luck with a different provider. I have not had one single day of usable internet connection since I moved to NBN
