For NBN services, we do not have the option to park or suspend the account temporarily. However, we can downgrade you to the lowest plan which is $29.99 per month while you are away.
Plan change is easy which you can process online, here's the guide on how to do it. Once you're back in the country, you can process a plan upgrade to get your old plan back.
If you need assistance in processing the plan change, you can send us a private message with your customer ID or username.
