NBN internet (HFC) not working

HFC NBN internet connection not working since morning.

tried to contact Technical suupport but too much waiting time.

Can you please help.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, we have lodged the issue with NBN Co due to a faulty NBN NTD box. They've booked an NBN technician that will replace the equipment to resolve the issue.
