Hi,
As the title, the internet connection FTTN is down since around 1pm today. The NBN modem's link light is flashing blue, and I can regularly hear a relay click. Rebooted the NBN device and the Tplink router a few times with no effect. Cables were not touched.
Logging into the My Account page allows me to start a Service Test; which it says should take up to 5 mins; however it is showing Service Test - In Progress for at least 15-20 minutes.
Calling into the support call centre; but no answer in around 1 hour.
