I can see that you have already interacted with our Technical Team for the same issue and it has been raised escalated to our Engineering Team. Our tests show that the NBN port at the pit is not powering up, hence why the case has already been raised to NBNCo for repair. You will be notified via SMS once an NBN appointment has been booked. Further updates will also be provided to you by our Engineering Team directly.
