NBN internet down tonight 5th Nov

Hi TPG,

Can someone assist and check, we have no internet connection at home since 9:45 pm here in Melbourne, post code 3810. Our router has an orange LED lit on internet icon. Is there any unplanned outage reported in this area?

Yep outage in Springvale, Victoria 3171 as well

My apologies for the service disruption you've all experienced last night. There was an unplanned outage that affected some customers in Victoria. It has been declared as resolved as of 1:17AM AEDST today.

@jcgalang It appears that your modem has already regained connection as early as 11:26PM AEDST last night.

@cam12345 Your modem reconnected at 12:12AM AEDST.

@aneurism Your service has been up since 1:12AM AEDST.
