NBN keeps disconnecting

Hi Team

 

We had our NBN installed a couple of months ago. We chose the plan above normal speeds because both my self and my wife do a fair bit of work from home as well as using streaming. 

 

We are both now working frfom home full time and the internet keeps droping out. We tried re starting the modem. This worked first time, but it has since remained disconnected.

 

Can you please assist? We live in Roselands in Sydney.
