Hi there,
My Internet keeps dropping out between 5-10 times a day. Firstly, because of the covid stituation I took almost a month to install internet at my new place only to find out my phone tethering was much more reliable. My internet drops out and may be after 3-10 mins the NBN box reboots. I need to work from home and this is causing a lot of issues. Can you please send a techinican out to see what the issue is?
