My FTTN connection hasn't been connected for a week now. I have wasted 8 hours at least on chat and hold trying to reach TPG, your wasting so much of my time. Customer service is aphauling unless your calling sales, they pick up on the 1st ring. I might just have to cancel as I don't have internet anyway, so burning money on nothing. Can't wait to deal with the cancellation process as I've read how sh*t you are at anything but selling new connections.
