Hi, I know you are very busy so I really appreciate any help you can provide. I'm having issues connecting to the internet. The router modem is saying it cannot connect to the internet. Check phone cable is properly connected. I have tried power cycle of the modem and checked all the connections. The dsl and internet LEDs on the modem are off. Could you please help me get it connected. My customer number is 6652326. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
