NBN latency spikes during the evening

Hey everyone,

Is anyone else in Sydney (Hills Shire) experiencing large ping spikes during the evening and the occasional short pause in their internet? Watching streams is fine since they buffer a bit more but I'll often see my ping jump to somewhere between 300 with intense rubber banding in games.
