NBN modem is not reconnecting

Hello there,

The internet has been working well for a week since last Friday when reconnection issue is resolved.

However, it stops working altogether this morning, not even an attempt of reconnection; and I have not been able to find any outage in this area.

Can someone have it checked, please?

The reconnection issue was dropouts, but there is no connection at all this time.

Thanks for raising this with us.

 

We've tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network, however, the signal is not going through your modem.

 

We'll escalate this case with our Engineering team for further investigation and an assigned engineer will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours to provide updates with the case.
