Seems after my house having a power outage last night, this morning the NBN box connection red light keep flashing & ticking, DSL light kind of blue and flash very slow. I have rang support and they only mention about booking technician to check the outside box, will the modem need to replace too?
Working from home without internet is really painful, can any rep here help to escalate this issue, I have been with you guys more than 10 years and never had an issue, THX!
