Get online support

NBN mostly down for 3 days and counting - no feedback from service check

TGP customer support, could you please get in touch asap please. We are not able to get through to anyone from your helpdesk, and the service check isn't happening.

 

- NBN indicates there are no issues with service in our area

- My connection has been mostly down for three days, I can't do a speedcheck as it doesn't even connect

- Service check button in at tpg.com.au/myaccount is deactivated, it is not possible to start a new one and whatever process was started three days ago hasn't landed anywhere.

- Try clicking on 'Contact' at tpg.com.au/myaccount and you get an error 404 page not found. This is laughable.
