Get online support
Yesterday there was an outage which said it would be resolved by 6pm. According to the website, it was resolved however my NBN modem flashes one light, then three lights, then restarts. It has continued to do this and we are without the internet. I am meant to be working from home but now have no NBN. I reported this fault, however I am most frustrated that we are now without internet until something can be done about this. How long will it take?!
