NBN not working, almost 24hrs now

NBN has been down for almost 24hrs now. I checked TPG web site and nothing other than the irrelevant maintenance status. I called TPG yesterday night and they said something about internal report saying there were some issues and NBN is working on fixing. Why no updates on web site? How long can I be back online?

Nvm, I have cancelled my account with TPG and moved to Superloop. After 1hr of changing ISP, the NBN box is working and internet up and running. Good bye TPG!

We regret to hear that you've decided to terminate your account with TPG.

 

The outage that affected your service was due to a faulty hardware which was able to resolve by NBN Co yesterday that is why the service work with your new provider when you sign up with them.

 

We wish you all the best with your new provider and hope that you will consider TPG again in the future we would welcome the opportunity to turn your experience around.
