NBN not working in North Sydney

NBN internet is not working since this evening. Technician on call (which I could talk to only after waiting for 25+ min) took all possible serial#s and MAC id of both black and white box, their make etc. and then tells me it will take 24 hours for them to tell me when an NBN technician can come and have a look

This is bad!
