Severe storms that hit Victoria has impacted our fixed and mobile services in parts of Melbourne and regional Victoria due to power outages.
Where available and safe to do so, we continue to deploy generators to priority sites as power recovers throughout the day and until power is restored to all sites.
Found your account using your Community info and have seen that the connection issue is now raised to our Engineering Team. A tech visit has also been confirmed on 01 November 2021 between 8AM-12NN AEDT. Please ensure that you or someone of legal age is present during the visit.
