NBN not working

Just had NBN connected today. I have just installed the router provided by tpg. I have connected as per instructions. I’m getting green lights, and all looks ok but when I try and hook up to it, it comes up with a page that says it’s configuring it and if not working in 30 minutes to reboot it. I have done this twice and still no go. Any ideas. Thanku l did get an email today to say it was all ready to go this was prior to me hooking it up. Cheers
