NBN not working

We’ve moved into a new place and had our NBN transferred here. It’s been fine since move in a week ago but now it’s not working at all and all our usual troubleshooting efforts are not working. I work from home and have deadlines due tomorrow - so it’s critical to get this fixed ASAP. Customer number 5402284
