Hi Our internet suddenly stopped working today around 8pm. I tried to contact the technical support but after waiting on the phone for 2 hours and 40 munites I gave up. I tried to use the online chat but it did not work either. Is there any other way to contact TPG to solve the issue?
At the moment, the modem's power is on (green light) as well as 2.4G and 5 G lights are on (also Green) but no other light including "internet" is tunred off. I have tried to reboot the modem several times but it is still not working.
