Get online support

NO INTERNET AGAIN ???????

Hi,
Between the dates of the 9th of Jan and the 27th of march I had no internet and you blamed severe weather conditions.
As of last week I have had intermittent connection off more often than on.
I have tried to call to no avail, I have screen shoted each time I have called, some times over 2 hours.
You answer phone states 24hr support ( a clear lie )
If you do not repair or restore my internet I will be consulting with my lawyer.
NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE !!!
My son is unable to do his school work.
Worst company I have dealt with.
Going to social media and my lawyers if this is not fixed
